Walkin thoughts: Yesterday was a good day. A day I felt best represented me. Today I’m feeling it but I’m gonna go out and do it again. Not because I have to but Gods got me longing for that time with Him. Smartest thing He ever did with me was to tie our prayer time with the walking. We have such a good, good Father and He never fails to enchant me. A few of ya were heavy on my play list today... but I lifted you up. Hope ya felt the heavenly squeeze. Safe travels, boost of energy and determination, peace, healing, and grace. I’m claiming it. In most things I have a stoic, lighthearted, pragmatism but not with prayer... that’s serious business and I never take it lightly. It is an honor to spiritually bear these burdens before the Lord and tho He occasionally has to remind me whose in charge.... this is one area of my life I try to stay wholly committed to. I can’t imagine NOT telling Him about my day and my sweet friends, asking Him to love on you and watch over you in a way that I cannot. He is my best friend... I hope He sees me as friend as well. We are surrounded by stories, yours... mine... and all who have gone before. You can see the Word, alive and well and working in and through us. In Scott, I thought of David dancing before the ark of the Lord. In Pat and Robin and KT... the wisdom of Solomon. Roblee, one of the brothers of thunder. Jerrad the other lol. Janet Esther. Lisa... Ruth. Amber... Deborah. Jessie, Rahab. I think I’m prob more like Peter... not just my feet Lord... wash all of me. I’m getting to know each of you through this app, and through my interaction with you, and through Gods eyes I see you in a way that might surprise you. He delights in you. He grieves with you. He dances with you, and ya know that impulse when it rains to just lift your head and open your mouth to try and catch a rain drop... that makes Him smile. I know it does. Don’t forget to bask in His delight of you today. And smile! Cuz, babies, He done finished it. It’s just a matter of wrapping it up. And He’s on it. In the meantime... one percent, salt and light... finish well! We got this, and He’s got us! Bask my friends!
