Lift 46 #lift100 Mindset : “Not what we been but what we are becoming” Reminds me to not rest on past achievements or let past failure hold me back from becoming who I should become. Diet: hosted birthday party for my brother yesterday and grad party today. Not as intensional as I hoped but lots of veggies, fruit, pulled pork (I made it) and salmon. Also some cake. Tomorrow is a new day. Exercise: very raining busy weekend but ran up and down steps at least 30 times and didn’t sit down all day. Wore two pups out that felt like they had to follow me. Lol
