Day 8 #faithful40challenge Last week’s weight. 95 kg Today’s weight 93.5 kg. Yesterday was such a busy day. I didn’t have a minute to myself. So as far as exercise is concerned it was a forced rest day. Today I’m in class all day as part of my diploma for psychotherapy. So exercise is inhibited again but I will get some walking done. Yesterday’s nutrition was good. Mindset. “But if it is by the finger of God that I cast out demons, then know that the Kingdom of God is among you”. Do I believe that the Kingdom of God is among us as Jesus said? When today the majority of the world has turned its back on God. Do I believe that this too is signs of the coming of the Kingdom that Jesus promised?
