F40 Day 22 I'm amazed at how God works. I have been in YTT, classes & workshops with the for 10+ hours per day yesterday and today. I wrote about being singled out yesterday and the growth that came of it. Well, today was a YIN workshop and practice. I've not been trained in YIN, however, I have taken many classes several years ago. Well, I was called to teach to a group of 50+ yoga teachers and students for 10 min. I said a prayer for Jesus to walk with me and he did. I got some of the sequence wrong once, but overall pretty good. The anxiety I would have felt just a day or two ago was gone. It never even materialized. Thank you Jesus for holding my hand.
