Mindset: Tired, and this cold weather has my muscles so tight. But it won’t stop me. I had my 4 week follow up for my surgery and I’ll be cleared to do calisthenics workouts in two weeks but need to take it easy. Mainly cardio and body weight, and cannot do anything engaging my core really. So no sit ups/ planks ect. Soon I’ll be where I want to be fully though and back to working out with weights in a month or two!
