Mindset: Becoming more aware of strengths and weaknesses during this time I’m unable to workout due to surgery. I literally have to focus solely on my nutrition right now and let’s face it- it’s hard! I struggle with portion control above all things, even if something is healthy I want more because it’s there and it tastes good. So portion control and choosing not so many carbs has been this biggest battle this last 4 weeks. Here’s to becoming 1% better and being faithful to my goals I’ve set for myself! #1percentbetter
