Mindset: ecstatic. Day two of workout - I did 30 mins of intense cardio on the elliptical, I feel so good! Sore, but I’ve missed this! Nutrition: today all I had was breakfast sandwich I made with bread , egg and bacon and cheese - I skipped lunch was at the doctor all day with my son, and dinner was turkey burgers 🍔 Here’s a picture I saw in town that is super encouraging, and true 😜
