What’s your favorite warm up? My workout this morning was a 40 minute workout. Superset my bird dog and side lying leg raises 2 sets of 12. Then mega set the rest 3 sets of 15 -5 lb touch downs (these were 3 sets of 12 to make it even ) - seated shoulder press 5 lb weights -dumbbell chest press 5 lb -dumbbell flies
