Mindset Monday: It’s a “just do it “ kind of day. Just get up, just make breakfast, just do your workout, one step at a time, just do it. Sure I could lay in bed all day today or even put things off to do the “easy way”. But where will that get me? A path I don’t want to go down again. So today, I say…just do it Workout this morning: Dumbbell one legged Romanian deadlift (5 lb weights one in each hand) 2 sets of 10 each leg Superset with 1 and quarter air squats 2 sets of 20 3 sets of 30 seconds one legged wall sits 3 sets of 15 of these superset together -seated rear dealt raises -kneeling dumbbell flies -kneeling dumbbell shoulder presses Ended in a superset of -lying side leg raises 2 sets of 15 each leg -donkey kick back 2 sets of 10 each leg
