Workout 1 Superset- Chest Fly 3 sets of 6-8 reps Chest Press 3 sets of 6-8 reps Superset- Shoulder Press 3 sets of 6-8 reps Close-Grip Press 3 sets of 6-8 reps Superset- Dumbbell Lateral Raise 3 sets of 6-8 reps Dumbbell Front Raise 3 sets of 6-8 reps Abs A Workout 2 Superset- Bar Biceps Curl 3 sets 6-8 reps Bar Shrugs 3 sets 6-8 reps Superset- Pull-Ups 3 sets of 6-8 reps (last set to failure) Incline Bench Dumbbell Bicep Curl 3 sets 6-8 reps Superset- Cable Rows 3 sets 6-8 reps Roman Dead Lift 3 sets 6-8 reps Abs B Workout 3 Superset- Leg Press 3 sets of 6-8 reps Calf Raises with Dumbbells 3 sets of 20 reps Superset- Hip Thrust/ Glute Bridge 3 sets of 6-8 reps Side Split Lunges with Dumbbells 3 sets of 6 reps each side Superset- Leg Curls 3 sets of 6-8 reps Leg Extension 3 sets of 6-8 reps
