Happy New Year! Looking forward to betterment in 2023! Haven't fallen off any wagons, just been coasting along a bit, down about 8lbs last six months, but the machine says my lean mass is up about 8lbs. Who knows? I did need new clothes and my sister-in-law rubbed my diminished belly at Thanksgiving when she saw me. So planning to step it up.
