Walk 2 of #walk100 This is my month where I’ve added ‘stuff’ on top of the walking. Prob will cut back on the ‘stuff’ during ff40 but getting consistent steps with the adds is a win for me, even if I’m not hitting the 5k steps. It is tough trying to get that heart rate up in spite of the two blood pressure meds and the added statin. And it’s even tougher trying to balance it all with the pain. This I know: I’m doing good things for my body. I’m stronger than I was two years ago and I’m no longer in a decline. I’m not stagnating either. Gods got my back and He is strengthening me throughout. I’ve got the best personal trainers one could ever have and a bonus nutrition staff. And, this is just the best part, and nope it’s not endorphins talking…. I got a pocketful of the coolest peeps ever praying for me and cheering me on. Sounds like I’ve got it all under control and at the moment I’m on top of my betterment wave… but I’m holding fast to my gains and praying I don’t wipeout ♥️👍 that extra almost mile was just for @Roy @deanwilliamclarke @janetswork @Coach Jess @robin.snow18 @lesleyt@conwaycorp.net @jonathon.coats @Scott Hammonds @lisalee.tn @Amber @patlee.tn (and for you quiet peeps biking, walking, lifting, and running yer hearts out) 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🖖🏻 thank you for inspiring me!
