Coach, I’m looking forward to Thursday night cardio workshop. Perfect timing! Had a great long run today ( the kind you get to the deep thinking phase) and I wonder if you have time, can you address this: there are several different types of cardio, base, intervals, steady state, what is the best warm up and cool down for the different modalities? Also, I know that my brain on base cardio is getting it’s active recovery time, what happens to the brain on intervals, or the other kinds of cardio? Thanks for making yourself available Alex! Such an opportunity.
