By following folks and hashtags you won’t miss notices but I’m still hating notification grouping (Alex lol) The app takes a little getting used to but it gets easier as ya get familiar with it. Premium members have a few more perks, like nutrition coaching, lives, one on one attention etc… but the challenges are open to all. #walk100 #run100 #bike100 #lift100 etc… and then there’s faithful forty. The biggest challenge of all. That’s where we all try to wrangle that inner two year old for forty days and employ some of our strategies and training more intentionally. The beauty of the forty days is this… tracking where you are at while providing impetus to propel yourself forward to where you want to be. Your forty days are yours to shape however you want. Some focus on exercise, some nutrition but some folks get creative and post prayers, Bible readings, thoughts etc… I tend to treat this like a journal space, interactive and with accountability built in. Since so many are brothers and sisters in Christ it’s also become a devotional of sorts. It truly is an honor to have our stories touch for a time and it’s been beyond sweet to feel our Fathers delight as we train our bodies and minds to reflect what He’s doing in our hearts. Rewrite the script in your head this next forty days. Alex says we are made of sterner stuff than we know. Paul tells us in Corinthians that we can do all things through Christ who gives us strength. I say… I can do anything for forty days at least. It’s been true so far lol. As ya add good things to your life, shaping that mindset as ya go… it’s amazing to watch things shift and you find yourself wanting more, adding more good things. Your desire shifts, your better habits are being established and you move forward in a powerful way. You are going to get out of this, what you put in. Stick with it. Lean into the coaching, interact and connect, stay committed and find that healthier footing. Your best life is unique to you… spend this next forty days carving out what that means for you on the daily. Keep that image of your ‘fitness heaven’ and your ‘fitness hell’ firmly In your mind and take the steps that move ya closer to the heaven you envisage. You got this. We got this! ♥️
