I gotta tell ya, I’m not even sure what to make of today. Loose dog again. Cats are safe… cuz this good boy just wanted friends. He looked like cujos child tho, just less hairy. His name is Max and when ya run out of dog treats ya had the foresight to bring he likes to nip yer buns. My sister wondered if I wanted anything from fazolis as I watched another strange movie my youngest wanted to share with me. It was then I realized I had only eaten a few pumpkin seeds. So I was like… that sounds great, surprise me. Now the honest truth is… I have never eaten at fazolis. Pretty sure they were Italian tho with a name like that. Can’t go wrong with Italian unless it’s like a goshawful veal parmesan. She was like… how do I know what she wants? She has great taste my sister… I knew it was gonna be great. She comes back with chicken fettuccine Alfredo! Yaaaaas! It’s like she knew me or something. I even have lunch for tomorrow. So good. The kicker was my walk. That no good fitstalker didn’t even register it. A mile. Actually, a tad over a mile. Now I know I didn’t run it, nor did it take me under five minutes… which is how long it usually takes my stalker to go… oh we are walking. I was walking at a pretty good pace cuz I had a dog ‘helping’ me. I swear I heard God whisper bob and weave as the dog kept crossing my path. At the end… I looked at my watch, ten minutes or so… that’s what it appeared I walked that .25miles x5 in… 1.25 miles… checked my heart rate, not over a hundred. I wasn’t even headed for a cherry coke. It could be more like 12 minutes but I’m still a bit astounded. I’m doing this again tomorrow… I gotta know All in all… the activity and lack of food had me humming a bit as I ate my sisters sweet gift. So today I walked 1.25 miles for a mystery time that was too good to be right. After all, I’ve locked myself out of my own house stepping onto my porch. Maybe I misread the time. My personal best mile so far was 13 plus. Had to be the dog lol Walk 7 of #walk100 (feels like ten minutes pain wise lol)
