Wife has dinner plans with a girlfriend so I decide to get in a leg workout and bike ride. Was so pumped after it I gave a go at a long plank (in a group of guys that have been sharing times). My longest plank yet. Not really trying to brag, just so excited I crushed my earlier best around 3:30
